The Sales Pipeline
The 3G Business sales process is totally configurable, with the ability of adding as many Sales Pipeline Statuses, Actions and Case Requirements as required. It is also possible to create multiple sales departments with different sales processes per department.
A Status is a specific stage in the sales process, a case requirement is a task required to be completed, usually triggered as a successor to a status change and without a specific date to be completed and an Action can be described as a manual or automated task that needs to be carried out by a specific date.
